As part of it’s ECM Managed Services, MRC has launched it’s Offshore Support team in Pune India. The offshore team will be responsible for covering activities outside of normal US business hours thus allowing MRC to provide 24X7 ECM Support Services.
Additionally, this provides customers the option to source services locally within the US and/or remotely at a highly competitive price. MRC’s offshore team comprises of ECM consultants with expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Datacap, Case Manager, CM8 and CMOD.
MRC is excited to bring the offshore resources onboard and looks forward to providing round the clock improved Managed Services to it’s clients.
After months of development and testing efforts by multiple teams across US and India, MRC released the latest version of ContentMove, previously named DocuBridge, as a SaaS solution hosted on Amazon cloud. ContentMove is highly secure and only stores documents or metadata temporarily during transit. It also includes direct authentication to Box and stores encrypted repository connection information. The product currently supports Box and IBM ECM with plans to continuously add connectors for other legacy ECM repositories.
MRC was chosen by a large midwest energy provider to provide critical ECM support services covering multiple IBM products including IBM FileNet P8, StoredIQ, Content Collector, Case Manager and IBM Content Navigator. Support services will be handled by onshore and offshore resources to provide around the clock coverage.
Archie Horton has joined the management team as a Sr. Account Executive. Based in Charlotte, NC, Archie will extend MRC’s reach to the East Coast, and also cover accounts across the country.
Archie has extensive experience in the IBM ecosystem (as an IBM’er and a Business Partner), and has over 20 years of delivering innovative enterprise digital content, case, information governance, and capture based solutions, across a variety of technologies and industries. Archie is looking forward to helping customers on their digital transformation journey.
Gyanendra is highly skilled Java developer with more than 4 years of experience translating client requirements into customer-facing web applications. He is well-versed in back-end, middle-tier, front-end and UI development.
His experience on Web Technologies include Java, Spring frameworks, Spring Boot, Hibernate, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery, JSON.

Anurag completed his Masters in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington with a GPA of 4.0.
Anurag is a Full Stack Developer with strong technical skills in back-end and front-end technologies like Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS. He has great analytical and problem-solving skills.

MRC IT's new product BoxIT has been launched with a live demonstration of migrating content from FileNet repository to Box. BoxIT's beta version has been offered with a free 1 year license exclusively for the interested attendee's. It was a great gathering followed by College World Series game.
MRC signs a partnership agreement with Box as an Advantage Services partner. Box provides a cloud-based, mobile-optimized Enterprise Content Collaboration platform that enables organizations of all sizes to easily and securely manage their content and collaborate internally and externally. As an existing IBM Gold Partner and an ECM company, the new Box partnership will further enable MRCIT to help our customers develop and deploy safe and scalable collaborative solutions across their enterprise.
Union Pacific Railroad engaged MRCIT to implement a capture solution for its safety department using IBM Datacap. The initial rollout included the Safety DOT group and Safety Drug and Alcohol group with plans for an enterprise wide implementation in the future.

The goal of this program is to help companies, struggling with the complexity of managing electronic information across various information silos, reduce costs and eliminate risks associated with litigation and regulatory compliance.

Major Trucking Insurance in Midwest engaged MRCIT for implementing an enterprise wide ECM solution with a sound ILG strategy. The initial departments are HR and Accounting, followed by Claims and others.
Benning Construction engaged MRCIT to perform a platform upgrade of IBM DB2 Content Manager (CM8) and Commonstore environments. CM8 was upgrade to 8.5.x and Commonstore was migrated to IBM Content Collector for Lotus Domino.
MRCIT presents its StoredIQ implementation with Westar Energy at the IBM World of Watson conference in Las Vegas. The presentation shows how Westar energy gained remarkable insights with the StoredIQ data discovery and cleanup project.

Westar Energy procures IBM Case Manager licenses to implement workflow requirements for their Power Generations group. With the advanced ad-hoc workflow routing functionality within IBM Case Manager, Westar expects to further expand the footprint of the product for other divisions.
MRCIT continues to support and service the Lotus Domino environment at VT Industries. MRCIT assisted VTI to conduct an entitlement assessment managing their renewal and adding more Lotus Notes users to the system.
